All orders will be posted once payment has been authorized, orders are then collected three days a week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday). All orders sent Royal Mail First Class and Royal Mail Airmail will be insured up to £36. If your order comes to more and you would like it insured please choose Royal Mail Next Day Delivery (if unavailable please contact us). If your order does exceed £36 and you do not contact us about insurance we are not held responsible if your order goes astray or arrives damaged.
If your order does unfortunately doesn't arrive or arrives damaged we will be able to make a claim with Royal Mail (based on insurance amount) after 15 working days (UK), 25 working days (international) has passed since the day of dispatch.
We do accept refunds if items are sent back within 28 days of you receiving them providing they are in exactly the same condition you received them in with all tags attached unless the item is faulty. If any item is received back not in the same way it was sent out we will not issue a refund.
